For a long time, I felt like I was running on fumes. Between work, life, and taking care of everyone else, I kept pushing my own health to the bottom of the list. I told myself I was fine, but I didn’t feel like myself anymore. I was tired, stressed, and dealing with that constant “fog” feeling that makes everything harder than it needs to be.
That’s what led me into the world of wellness. I started learning about therapies that support recovery, energy, detox, and stress in more natural ways. I tried things I had never heard of before, and slowly things started to shift. I slept better. My head felt clearer. I didn’t crash midday. And for the first time in a long time, I felt like my body was on my side instead of against me.
That experience changed everything for me. It made me realize that so many people are walking around feeling the same way- tired, depleted, overwhelmed, and they think it’s normal. It doesn’t have to be!
Recharge was created for that exact reason. I wanted a space where people feel supported, curious, and hopeful about their health again. A space where you can try therapies that actually make a difference, without feeling judged, rushed, or like you need a medical degree to understand what you’re doing.
Whether your goal is more energy, better sleep, less stress, faster recovery, or simply feeling good in your body again, we’re here for that. And we’re excited to be part of your journey.
If you ever have questions, want to talk about your goals, or need help choosing what would serve you best, reply anytime. You’re not doing this alone.
Welcome to Recharge - truly.

As a person that has always been fascinated with the science behind the human body's natural power to heal itself, I wanted to see if their was a way to help speed up the natural process. So, after years of researching, studying and testing wellness modalities I discovered that the science being done was real and so were the results.
I may have not discovered the fountain of youth, but what I found was really close. The human body may be able to heal itself on its own, but I discovered if you give it a little boost and take fairly good care of it, that it will perform much better, with less sickness or aches and pains associated as you age.
